I am not much of a writer, but I am a mortgage maven.  I scour the web looking for information on the mortgage market.  I have active interests on the lending and borrowing side of mortgages.  Needless to say, I’ll have some information to share.  I’m starting this right in the middle of the whole subprime thing, which will rile some feathers on some of you.  I don’t tend to hold back.  For example, if you got sucked into a bad mortgage or took on too much debt because of miseducation or lack of education, sucks to you.  Stay on top of the information here and you won’t make that same mistake again.
