This week saw fixed rates on nearly all fronts move higher.  The 30-year fixed mortgage rate was up 13 basis points and the 15-year fixed mortgage was up 19 basis points.  The jumbo market, however, seemed to end its run up but maintain its inverse relation to its smaller mortgage peers by decreasing 2 basis points, but stayed strongly above the 7 percent mortgage rate at 7.15%.
