Negative Equity Hits 250,000 UK Homeowners

We are hearing from England now that 250,000 United Kingdom homeowners have negative equity on their home liens.  That’s not the bad news, however… the bad news is that things are likely to get much worse.  Citigroup believes that home prices in the UK could fall another 15 percent in 2009.
