They call me Morty the Shorty.  I don’t mind.  I am the short squat real estate investor always running around for the best real estate mortgage deal.  I own around 55 houses, well I have under financing.  I am constantly looking to get an edge on the lending market and enjoy leveraging certain appraisal opportunities on one house to help fund another.  It’s some nasty risk, but I love every minute of it.
